Hayneedle And AeroPilates: A Mom Sexy Review And Giveaway

I may have fallen off the wagon a bit at the end of 2010, but it’s 2011 now, and once again, I’m bringing Mom Sexy back. Nothing looks sexier on a woman than sheer confidence, and confidence is easy to exude when you are taking care of your body.

I’m the type of person who likes to change things up from time to time as far as exercise goes. I tend to get on different “kicks”. I stay with one thing for a while, but then I get bored and like to move on. First I was addicted to Zumba. And then I decided to get all “zen” and jumped on the hot yoga craze. Aero Pilates Reformer with Cardio Rebounder

The AeroPilates Reformer with Cardio Rebounder is much different than a traditional Pilates mat workout. It uses your own body weight as resistance, which intensifies the workout and gives you nice, long, lean muscles. The Cardio Rebounder allows you to get your heart rate up and burn fat without putting pressure on your joints like you do on other fitness machines.

I’ve only been using AeroPilates for a few weeks, and I’m already amazed at how it’s toning me up. And by summer? I’m going to be the Mom Sexiest chick on the block.
